A Journey of Transformation (1)

I am so excited to be returning to Nicosia to teach and share.

A journey to transformation is a 2.5 hour workshop for all levels, for beginners and the seasoned practioner who wishes to deepen their practice.

The 75 min yoga practice will be an awakening flow.

A slow, mindful vinyasa flow helping us to relaese blockages from the body and the mind. It will include yoga, chanting and journaling.

We practice yoga, meditation and chant, so as to remember who we are, and more importantly who we are too each other.

We practice yoga so that we can show up fully in our life, to connect to our center and heart, so that we are able to make choices for the good of all.

It is only through healing ourselves, that we can then help to heal others with compassion and empathy.

Through this workshop we will get to really explore the vastness of the self.

We will dedicate each movement and breath to the continued commitment from within.

This practice will surely transcend you to the connection of love deep in your soul.
